This special event is an approach to issues of sound nutrition and the environment, proposed in a project involving children in cooking, entitled “Cucinando s'impara”. The project is promoted by Ballarini, the long-standing cooking utensil manufacturer, in conjunction with the ANDID. The ANDID was founded to develop training initiatives, oversee the level of professionalism of its members and work with scientific organizations in the field of nutrition, in Italy and abroad.
For the shop, it will explore two contemporary topics for positive exchange of information : Health and safety and environmental eco-sustainability.

Opportunities for exchange and dialogue and theme workshops - "Experts Answer" - in which Assovisual will provide continuous consulting on issues of visual merchandising, marketing, and communication at the retail store will complete the proposal of Assovisual.
